II.[Scope of Application]:
Suitable for obesity,cervical spondylosis,restrictive pulmonary disease,excessive head-down position,lateral or lateral prone position anesthesia,laparoscopic surgery,thoracotomy and long-time operations Emergency,ICU and emergence,Patients having difficulty in intubation. Apt to establish emergency airway and difficult airway and can guide difficult intubation.

III.[Clinical Advantage]:
A.Less liable to cause displacement so as to reduce the risk of air leakage.
B.The incidence rate of choking and laryngospasm is low during recovery period.

Patients with high risk factors of gastric content reflux and wrong aspiration of respiratory tract,such as patients of no fasting,full stomach,intestinal obstruction,esophageal hiatal hernia,throat infection and other pathological changes,and patients with potential respiratory obstruction such as tracheal compression,tracheomalacia, throat tumor,abscess,hematoma,etc.
